We empower the leaders of today and create the leaders of tomorrow through world class development conferences and training. We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our events team as an Junior Event Coordinator.

**The Role**:

- Coordinate the operations and successful delivery of all our virtual and face to face events
- Onsite coordination for all face to face Women in Leadership conferences (giving you the opportunity to meet and learn from some the country’s top female leaders)
- Cross collaboration across all areas of the business to guarantee the delivery of a high quality event.
- Provide outstanding experiences - for both internal and external stakeholders
- Amazing travel opportunities within Australia to run events hosted at world-class venues

**About You**:

- You are detail oriented, passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences and a natural problem solver
- You are determined and motivated, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills are required due to supplier, venue and delegate management being a big focus of the role
- Previous experience in customer service, event coordination or hospitality are advantageous but not essential
