We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our fast-paced, passionate team in our Martin Place Sydney headquarters. As an Event Coordinator, you will support our Premium Events team in delivering exceptional, high-quality experiences from concept to completion, whilst enjoying opportunities for growth, training and mentorship.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordination of event logistics such as couriers and deliveries;
- Venue sourcing, supplier coordination and travel arrangements;
- Manage RSVP systems, guest communications, and on-site check-ins as needed;
- Production of event administration documents such as run sheets;
- Assist the team onsite at events, including bump in and bump out;
- General support to all team members where required.
To be successful you must have:
- A minimum of one years' experience in a related role – hospitality or luxury retail considered applicable;
- An interest in the luxury market and premium dining;
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- The ability to maintain timelines and event documents with exceptional attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- A solution-oriented mindset and a sharp eye for detail;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience of the Adobe Creative Suites would be looked upon favourably.
Salary will be commensurate with experience. Domestic travel will be required, as well as the ability and willingness to work out-of-standard hours from time to time.
