Job Description:

We're in search of a talented and enthusiastic Junior Events Operations Coordinator to join our vibrant NSW team. As a Junior Events Operations Coordinator at Polite Playground, you'll be assisting our Operators team in delivering our extraordinary event experiences. Your role involves managing and operating a range of our innovative Photo Booth products, event productions, gear preparation and maintenance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Work closely with the event team to expertly set up and manage our premium equipment.
• Assist the Operations Manager with daily event preparations, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
• Deliver exceptional client and attendee experiences through professional and courteous guidance.
• Guarantee successful event flow by strictly adhering to schedules and ensuring flawless activation operations.
• Support live events remotely by providing on-call troubleshooting assistance to our Casual Operators.
• Produce high-quality photos and videos that not only document but significantly enhance our brand's presence.
