Inner-west based company are seeking a Marketing and Events Coordinator to assist with the end-to-end coordination of marketing activities and events.

Supporting the marketing team, this role is responsible for content coordination, channel management and development, and supporting the marketing team with projects and administration as required.

**The role**:

- End-to-end coordination and execution of marketing and communications activities; eDM development, SMS, social media, direct mail, and other marketing channels as required.
- Assist with events such as career expos, membership events, and other events as required.
- Manage the development and execution of the organisational content calendar
- Responsible for day-to-day content management of company websites
- Brief and liaise with creative agencies and suppliers.
- Developing marketing automation to support business objectives.
- Participate in the development of strategy, projects, and execution of marketing campaigns
- Manage stock and inventory of marketing collateral
- Generate analytics and reporting across marketing activities
- Perform marketing administration as required
- Other ad-hoc duties as directed

**About you**:

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Organised and detail orientated
- Excited by new challenges and is hungry to learn
- A minimum of 1 year working in a marketing or events role (or related discipline).
- Exposure to project management, process improvement, planning skills and event management
- Exceptional skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
