They possess a large brand portfolio including retail, convenience, and food & beverage businesses. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Facilities Coordinator to provide facilities management services for a portfolio of retail stores across Australia.

**The role**:
As Facilities Coordinator, you will engage with internal & external stakeholders to deliver effective facilities services across the portfolio of retail stores. This includes contractor liaison and negotiation, end-to-end coordination of repairs and maintenance for the stores, budget management, oversight of purchase orders/invoicing, and collation/management of safety info and records. In addition, you will be responsible for publishing, updating, and creating "Best Practice" for the store teams, general admin, and ad hoc duties.

To be successful in this role you will have 2+ years of facilities management experience. In addition, you will have exceptional communication skills, proficient admin/Microsoft Office skills, and strong Retail experience.
