**Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator - Sydney Based**

Yo-Chi welcomes over **half a million customers** every month—that’s a lot of frozen yogurt, and a lot of wear and tear We’re looking for a **Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator** to help keep our venues in top shape, ensuring an amazing experience for every customer.

**The Role**
Supporting the **Facilities & Maintenance Manager**, you’ll be the first point of contact for venue teams, suppliers, and trades, coordinating repairs, maintenance, and servicing across Australia.

**What You’ll Do**
- Log, track, and prioritise maintenance requests from venues.
- Schedule repairs and preventative maintenance with suppliers.
- Manage invoices, budgets, and service contracts.
- Communicate with venue teams to ensure mínimal disruption to operations.
- Assist with interstate maintenance projects as needed.

**Who You Are**
- Experience in **QSR, retail, or multi-site maintenance coordination**.
- Highly **organised with strong communication skills**.
- Ability to **work under pressure and juggle multiple requests**.
- Comfortable liaising with **trades, suppliers, and venue teams**.
- Proficient in project management tools such as MaintainX and Asana is a plus
