**What you’ll do**:
We’re hiring a Facilities Coordinator for our Sydney Fulfillment Centre. You’ll be responsible for maintaining building services, ensuring safety and compliance, and managing contractors. You’ll also oversee the performance of technical and material handling equipment, the OSR, and all associated technical components to meet high standards and cost targets.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance and upgrade needs
- Manage and document all preventative maintenance activities
- Ensure proper functioning of security, CCTV, and fire safety systems
- Review and adjust maintenance plans with the National Facilities Manager
- Provide on-call support and manage after-hours emergencies
- Coordinate with internal teams and contractors to deliver cost-effective maintenance aligned with business goals
- MHE maintenance and lifecycle support oversight
- Key contact with business park landlord and contractors
- Capex/Opex and invoicing
- Facilitate internal and external audits for compliance systems in relation to safety and CSO obligations
**What you’ll bring**:
- Proven experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Manufacturing industry
- Experience in Facilities / Maintenance Management in automated industrial sites (preferred)
- HVAC, BMS and cool room PM servicing monitoring (experience in these will be advantageous)
- Involvement in Business Unit Review, CSO compliance, and external audits.
- Tracking and management of budgets and cost goals
- Proven ability to streamline maintenance and resolve infrastructure issues with full consideration of economic efficiency.
- Basic knowledge of warehousing processes
- Strong Excel, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Customer-focused with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- Builds strong working relationships to support goal achievement.
- Self-driven with keen attention to detail and excellent time management.
