A fantastic opportunity within
**one of Australia's leading banks**, has arisen for a
**Facilities Coordinator. **In this busy, dynamic role you will be the "go to" person for supporting the smooth running of the office.

**General duties**:

- Provide general facilities support across the building with meeting rooms, event planning and preparation, and supporting reception with adhoc admin
- Setting up corporate meetings and events/moving office equipment
- A strong client service ethic, and the ability to develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Assist Senior Facilities Co-Ordinator in a range of Building related matters e.g: annual building shutdown & fire safety tests
- Have experience in hospitality, retail or another administration position
- Customer service experience
- A “can do” attitude with problem solving qualities
- Ability to work independently and closely in a team

You should have a
**friendly, approachable and flexible **personality but the
**confidence gained from your experience to step up as required in a corporate environment**.
