MPG Facilities are seeking a Facilities & Services Assistant who can bring together strong customer service, administration, and problem-solving skills to manage both preventative and reactive maintenance works.

This is a fast-paced role with a high volume of work, so organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to think on your feet are essential.

Based in the CBD, you'll be supporting a team that services multiple sites across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to client work requests and allocating jobs to subcontractors.
  • Assessing the scope of work required, sourcing and submitting quotes, and tracking jobs through to completion.
  • Applying initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
  • Coordinating multiple subcontractors across different sites.
  • Performing a range of general administration tasks.
  • Providing day-to-day support to the Facilities Managers and wider team.

  • Proficiency in software systems relevant to the role, including Microsoft Office.
  • A committed, team-focused approach with the drive to deliver results.
