About the role (and the team):
The role of a Subcontractor Coordinator will assume responsibility for establishing, maintaining and optimising relationships with suppliers and subcontractors for the successful delivery of SBES projects.

You will centrally manage scheduling with subcontractors for site inspections as well as various supply arrangements to drive the best outcome for SBES. You will also centrally manage administration of our HSE assurance systems to ensure subcontractors are registered and have current insurances/licenses/registrations. This role from time to time will also be called upon by project or asset management teams to assist with field coordination tasks.

Accountabilities- Coordinates all site surveys with subcontractors- Reviews documentation completion and notifies internal team of schedules and completion- Processes POs & Invoices for site surveys- Coordinates and advises customer for site surveys.- Provides governance of the Installer Rating systems inc. collation of insights & reminders to PMs to complete ratings- Adds contractor company personnel to SBES systems (Procore, Rapid Induct, CM3)- Adds contractor company personnel to Customer induction portals- Provide guidance to PMs on contractor availability and capacity.- Administration of AGL Systems including Procore, Rapid Induct

Key skills and experience required- Experience in resource scheduling for trades and customers- Demonstrated ability to manage third party stakeholders and contracts.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong attention to detail and ability to present information clearly and accurately is essential.- Demonstrated commitment to a culture of health and safety.

Preferred:
- Experience working for a major industrial and commercial rooftop solar installation provider- Knowledge of the software systems SBES uses to manage its business (Netsuite, Procore)
