**About the Role -**

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive Project Coordinator to join our team

**Responsibilities include but not limited to -**
- Using Procore to initiate and manage workflows for services coordination, shop drawing coordination, manage all observations and defects
- Manage site inductions with subcontractors
- Manage all subcontractor scope of works
- Manage all project RFI’s in Procore and ensure timely close out
- Review Acoustic, Fire and ESD reports - ensuring recommendations are reflected in the design and subcontractor scope of works
- Liaising with suppliers on procurement lead time and meet delivery deadlines

**About You -**
- Relevant higher education/tertiary qualification in a construction related discipline
- Minimum 2 years' post-grad experience in a similar position
- Highly proactive and self-sufficient team player
- Exemplary organisation and administration skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible working style
- Open and honest communicator - vital for working in a small team environment with mostly site-based staff
