Due to continued business growth, we are providing an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to become part of our team with scope for future growth and clear pathway to Project Manager.

**Based on-site, key responsibilities include;**
- Assist with preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes and procurement schedules
- Assist with issue of and maintaining variations, time extensions, progress claims
- Management of detailed design and shop drawings
- Coordinate certificate of occupancy and hand over requirements
- Liaise with authorities for issue of compliance certificates, council permits, insurance certificates etc
- Attend site meeting and take minutes as required
- Administer RFI's to clients, architects and consultants
- Prepare monthly cost reports

Salary offer commensurate with experience

**About You**:
You will ideally demonstrate;
- Minimum 1 year experience in the construction industry
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management (or similar)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and negotiation skills.
- Computer proficiency
- Energetic, team player who enjoys sharing in team success
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to negotiate with subcontractors
- Strong work ethic and proactive attitude
- Proficiency with Construction Software
