Project Coordinator Position

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of high-impact projects.

This role involves working closely with the Project Manager to coordinate day-to-day project activities, including managing project documentation, procurement schedules, and reporting. The successful candidate will also be responsible for liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants, as well as assisting with project scheduling, progress tracking, and budgeting.

The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry, with a solid understanding of construction processes and terminology. They will possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a high attention to detail and organisational skills. Additionally, they will be proficient in construction software, such as MS Project or Smartsheet, and have a relevant qualification in Construction Management or a related field is desirable.

A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering great work are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Project Manager with day-to-day coordination of construction projects.
  • Managing project documentation, procurement schedules, and reporting.
  • Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
  • Assisting with project scheduling, progress tracking, and budgeting.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Supporting tendering and contract administration processes.
  • Attending site meetings and assisting with on-site coordination.
  • Helping to resolve challenges quickly and collaboratively.
