You will be joining an international transport business based in North Sydney.

**Your new role**
In this generalist role working as HR Officer you will be responsible for:

- End to end recruitment
- Maintaining employee records in the systems
- Assisting with any queries around policies, payroll and other HR topics
- Preparing the annual staff cost budget
- Assisting in the implementation of global initiatives

**What you'll need to succeed**
Your experience in a similar high-level role will lead you to success, as well as:

- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- Being cultural aware
- Experience in managing payroll
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build positive rapports with internal and external stakeholders
- Must be Australian citizen, permanent resident or have unlimited full-time working right in Australia
