HR Coordinator role based in Parramatta. Some WFH flex after 3 months. Salary up to $80k + Super

A not-for-profit charity delivering services in early education across Western Suburbs and Blue Mountains.
**Your new role**
The role supports the HR team in achieving the HR strategic goals by contributing to efficient, dynamic and responsive operations particularly focusing on the organisation’s HRIS.
Responsibilities include:
- Administration of systems and processes through their HRIS.
- General HR administration, employment contracts and communications - newsletter, org chart and employee directory updating, personnel file maintenance, etc.
- Onboarding and offboarding processes including direct communication, assistance and guidance to new employees
- Onsite visits across Western Sydney to promote positive HR presence and accessibility
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Currently have or are willing to undertake a Human Resources related qualification
- Prior experience in Administration, Human Resources Administration will be an advantage
- Previous experience working with an HRIS is highly desirable, ideally ELMO but not essential
- Ability to influence and build collaborative relations with all staff
