HR Manager job available in Sydney CBD with a Global Hospitality group.

This exciting position you will be working with a Global Hospitality Group based in Sydney CBD.
**Your new role**
In your new position you will be reviewing and implementing HR strategies and policies. You will be managing all elements of HR including performance management, rewards and recognition, recruitment, succession planning etc. You will be advising managers on the end-to-end employee lifecycle along with assisting in identifying learning and development needs.
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role you will need to have previous HR experience within the hospitality industry. You will be a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with all levels of the business. You will also be able to work well under pressure with strong organisational skills to manage projects.
**What you'll get in return**
In return, you will have the opportunity to work with a global hospitality group who are evolving their portfolio, and you will be part of that journey. This role also offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. The office is close to public transport, but onsite parking can also be arranged. You will also have free use of the onsite facilities including an impressive gym and swimming pool.
