Your new company is a Federal Government Agency with offices in Pyrmont.
**Your new role**
As a HR Administrator you will be supporting the HR team of 4 with all sort of HR and Recruitment related tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- supporting the recruitment function
- supporting onboarding and induction
- drafting documents such as updating position descriptions, contracts, HR policies, employment agreements, etc...
- data entry, support record management and updates in HR Sharepoint
- Assisting with Training and Development logistics
**What you'll need to succeed**
- demonstrated experience in administrative support
- proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and systems (eg. Sharepoint and Excel)
- ability to prioritise tasks, strong planning, time management and organisation skills
- experience managing concurrent workloads with competing deadlines
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
**What you'll get in return**
