HR & Systems Coordinator | Mascot | Hybrid | Up to $80k package | 12-month FTC
**Your new company**
An award-winning client within the Banking sector is seeking a forward-thinking and proactive HR & Systems Coordinator, based in Mascot.
They offer 1 day working from home and their office is located within a 5-10 minute walk from public transport.
**Your new role**
As the HR & Systems Coordinator, you will be responsible for the administration and coordination of HR processes, providing varied support across their wider team. Responsibilities include:
- All HR general administration and onboarding
- Overall coordination of the internal HRIS system, Cornerstone
- Being the first point of contact for HR queries and managing the HR inbox
- Payroll administration, updating and checking leave reports
- Scheduling L&D training
- Reviewing and managing the HR calendar
- Ensuring policies are updated and maintained
- Recruitment and compliance support (contracts, Vevo checks)
- Coordinating office events, employee benefits program and health and wellbeing initiatives
- HR project work
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Degree or tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field or working towards this
- Previous experience ina similar HR Coordinator or L&D Coordinator role
- Exposure to payroll processes and procedures
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Have a forward-thinking attitude, take ownership of processes and bring fresh ideas
