HR Specialist job available with a global shipping company based in Sydney.

This exciting opportunity is with a global shipping company based close to Sydney CBD.

**Your new role**
As the HR Specialist you will be working with the HR Manager as the point of contact for offices across Australia and New Zealand. You will be providing support and guidance for a range of HR areas including talent development, workforce planning, resource management, reward and recognition, learning and development, onboarding, offboarding etc. You will also have the opportunity to be a part of the new HRIS system rollout which is being implemented from a global level.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful for this role you will have generalist HR experience. You will also have current knowledge/ understanding of end-to-end payroll process including HR legislation and relevant awards. You will have excellent communication skills and a high-level attention to detail and accuracy.
