We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing & Communications Manager who excels in writing and storytelling. In this newly created role, you will take the lead in creating compelling copy that brings PHE's brand to life. From crafting persuasive tender submissions and capability statements to developing engaging content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns, this position offers an opportunity to showcase your exceptional writing skills and shape the voice of PHE.

**About the Role**

As the **Marketing & Communications Manager**, you will oversee all aspects of PHE's marketing and communication efforts, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. This role is pivotal in driving PHE's brand identity, maintaining consistent messaging, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

You’ll work closely with internal teams to deliver creative, high-impact marketing materials and tender submissions while steering our online presence and storytelling initiatives.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Capability Statements, Tender Submissions & Proposals
- Write and coordinate tender responses, EOIs, and RFPs with internal departments.
- Develop tailored, persuasive submissions showcasing PHE’s capabilities.
- Maintain and improve submission libraries, ensuring content is current and impactful.

**Marketing Strategy & Brand Management**
- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with PHE’s business objectives.
- Maintain and enhance PHE's brand consistency across all platforms.
- Create and enforce brand guidelines for internal and external communications.

**Digital Presence & Social Media**
- Oversee website updates and optimise content for SEO and user experience.
- Develop and execute a LinkedIn strategy to enhance PHE’s digital footprint.

**Storytelling & Content Creation**
- Create compelling narratives that communicate PHE’s value proposition.
- Develop high-quality content, including press releases, newsletters, blogs, and case studies.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Qualifications & Experience_
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years in copywriting/communications, ideally in energy, mining, or construction.
- Proven expertise in writing tender submissions and crafting engaging proposals.
- Skills & Competencies_
- Exceptional copywriting skills with a talent for engaging diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and SEO principles.
- Expertise in LinkedIn strategy and content creation.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Strategic and creative thinker with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
