**The YMCA Administration Office** provides shared services and support including marketing, people and culture, payroll, finance, accounting, IT and general administration to the various services of the YMCA of Brisbane and Y-Care (YMCA Social Impact).

The YMCA are recruiting a **Marketing Officer** to join our creative, collaborate and supportive Marketing Team on a** Permanent Full-Time **basis.** **Our office is conveniently located only a short walk from the** Fortitude Valley **train station.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The role of a** Marketing Officer **is to work collaboratively with the YMCA Marketing Communications and Fundraising team, contributing to the design and implementation of online campaigns, content creation and writing internal and external communication resources.

Additional responsibilities of the **Marketing Officer** include (but are not limited too):

- Contribute to the design, creation and rollout of content across multiple social media sites, web, video and traditional PR channels
- Assist to ensure that all company branding remains consistently presented and campaigns are delivered to deadlines.
- Planning, developing and delivering of digital strategies that build brand awareness
- Development and distribution of marketing and promotional material
- Assist with collating findings from market research and preparing marketing reports
- Administration and Project work as required.

**SELECTION CRITERIA**

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications or equivalent
- High level of competency using Adobe Creative Suite
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and innovatively in a collaborative team environment
- Full digital campaign management experience across the major social media platforms
- High level of graphic design and multi-media experience
- Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships
- Demonstrated results orientation, sound judgment and problem-solving ability
