**The Role**

As a Lead Generation Call Consultant and Database Administrator, your duties would be spread across an array of areas. On the Call Consultant side, you would be involved with generating leads from outbound calls for the sales team to follow up, provide general information on IT products and services to outbound enquiries and handle inbound calls and live chat for select clients. As a Database Administrator, you would help with CRM and data entry of leads and client profile information as well as database and CRM analysis and reporting.
- The ideal applicant should be:_
- A natural communicator with excellent spoken and written skills
- Previous outbound/sales experience is advantageous, preferably business facing calling
- Passionate about sales and lead generation
- Driven and enthusiastic
- Able to build rapport and overcome objections
- A great team player
- MS Office competency, particularly Excel and Word
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Interested in the IT industry
- IT knowledge also advantageous but not essential
