**Role Overview**

EnglishWise Global is looking for an experienced and proactive **South American International Marketing Manager** to lead our marketing and student recruitment efforts across South America and other international markets. The primary focus of this role is to **promote our ELICOS courses**, develop strategic partnerships, and drive student enrollments from key regions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Develop and execute marketing strategies** to expand EnglishWise Global’s presence in South America and Australia.
- **Build and maintain strong relationships** with education agents, institutions, and key stakeholders in the region.
- **Plan and implement targeted marketing campaigns**, including digital marketing, events, and in-country promotions.
- **Represent EnglishWise Global at education fairs, webinars, and networking events** to engage potential students.
- **Conduct market research and analyze student preferences** to refine recruitment strategies and maximize impact.
- **Collaborate with the admissions and student services teams** to ensure a smooth onboarding process for students.
- **Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics**, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience in international marketing and student recruitment**, particularly in the South American market.
- **Strong knowledge of the international education sector**, ELICOS programs, and student pathways.
- **Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese**, with excellent communication skills in English.
- **Established network within the South American education industry** (agents, schools, universities, etc.).
- **Experience in digital marketing, social media, and content creation** tailored for international audiences.
- **Ability to travel internationally** for marketing events and student recruitment activities.
- **Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.**

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
