Better known for our events and festivals such Vive Latino, El Plan Events, and Mico Fest, we had represented international artists and produced events and festivals during the last 7 years. We also ran various dining venues across Brisbane

We are dedicated to delivering high-quality cultural and entertainment experiences. Currently we are looking for an experienced **Marketing Specialist** to enhance our brand’s visibility, drive audience engagement and support our diverse business operations.

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**Develop, manage, and optimize marketing strategies that drive brand positioning, customer acquisition, and audience retention across our event production and hospitality sectors.
- Working hand in hand with the advertising agencies, Plan, control advertising and promotional campaigns across digital, and social media platforms.
- Identify opportunities for brand expansion.
- Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand image through compelling storytelling, content creation, and targeted outreach.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with media outlets, influencers, sponsors, and key industry stakeholders.
- Develop marketing materials, manage public relations efforts, and oversee communication strategies that enhance our brand reputation.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics, analyse campaign effectiveness, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize future strategies.
- Support the sales team with marketing initiatives that enhance customer relationships and drive business opportunities.

**Key Requirements**
- Minimum **3-5 years of experience** in marketing, advertising, or public relations, preferably within the event production, hospitality, or entertainment industries.
- Strong understanding of multicultural marketing strategies, with the ability to create inclusive and engaging campaigns.
- Experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and social media management.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- A passion for cultural experiences and entertainment, with knowledge of Latin American culture being a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to industry trends.
