About the role

Your role will be working closely with the Directors to plan, implement and evaluate Place Projects and Place Advisory marketing initiatives. Collaborate with Directors, sales agents, suppliers, and clients to successfully execute project marketing campaigns.
You will be expected to work closely with the various stakeholders to provide timely marketing feedback by both written and verbal means to help the developers and sales team improve their offerings to the buying public.
Duties
- Preparing marketing commentary and reports for internal and external clients
- Attending meetings with developers and Property Industry people
- Develop high-level campaigns and schedules for Developers
- Manage and re-evaluate campaign schedules, recommendations, and project marketing budgets
- Liaise with Developers, Sales Agents & Suppliers to ensure clarity of the marketing campaign.
- Coordinate Project launches when applicable.
- Develop and manage project marketing procedures, guides, and templates to be used internally
- Develop and manage corporate marketing collateral for Place Projects & Place Advisory including social content creation.
- Manage corporate communication calendar including social media, blog and EDM
- channels
- Coordinate Corporate Events for Place Projects and work in conjunction with Place
- Corporate Events Manager on Place key events such as Conference Programs etc.
- Assist in any admin matters as requested

**Requirements**:
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related degree / experience
- High level MS Office skills and Adobe Suite (InDesign and Photoshop essential)
- Understanding of Meta Business Manager / Google Analytics and the ability to extract data
- Prior experience in HubSpot is desirable but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to manage workflow and prioritise tasks
