Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for hospitality, nightlife, and unforgettable experiences? We’re on the hunt for a **Marketing & Events Manager** to launch & elevate our brand, drive foot traffic, and deliver vibrant functions & events that make people talk (and come back for more).

Whether it’s a chilled-out Thursday tasting, a full-house DJ set, or a one-of-a-kind private function, we deliver atmosphere, quality, and experience in equal measure.

**Your Role**:
As our Marketing & Events Manager, you’ll take the lead on planning, promoting, and executing a calendar of events that bring the brand to life and keep our venue buzzing and constantly evolving. You’ll work closely with the venue team, and key stakeholders to deliver high-impact campaigns, both digital and on the ground.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and drive bookings
- Plan, promote, and manage regular and one-off events ( DJ nights, collabs & launches, private functions, weekly & monthly promotions)
- Own our digital presence - manage social media, newsletters, website updates & paid ads
- Build partnerships with brands, artists, influencers, and event promoters
- Analyse results and use insights to refine marketing and event strategies
- Ensure each event is a success - from conception to clean-up

**We’re Looking For Someone Who**:

- Has 2+ years in a marketing, events, or a hospitality promotions role
- Thrives in fast-paced, late-night environments and knows how to draw a crowd
- Understands branding, content creation, and customer engagement
- Is a self-starter with strong organisational and communication skills
- Bonus if you have hospitality industry connections or PR/media experience

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
