**About the role at Qantas Group**
As a Sales Support Representative, you will be the support function for assigned sales teams. This includes providing a variety of administrative and reporting tasks, loading of corporate contracts and producing monthly review packs whilst delivering an excellent level of service to both internal and external stakeholders. This role is also responsible for ensuring all data is received and inputted in an accurate and timely manner.
**Seniority**
Junior - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically less than 2 years of experience is required.
**Core Responsibilities**
**-Sales Pipeline Management - Efficiently navigate the CRM and other operational tools to create, update, retrieve, and understand information about accounts and opportunities**
**-Sales Process Execution - Execute on designed touch points in the customer journey by developing content, delivering product demonstrations, and other tactics to nurture prospects**
**-Sales Team Enablement - Identify opportunities to enhance processes and resources that enable team performance and time spent with prospects or customers**
