**The Role / Responsibilities**:

As an Account Development Representative, you will be working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive Pipeline growth and become an integral part of the company’s future success.
This is a highly rewarding inbound and outbound sales role where you will have the chance to progress within the company.
You will be able to use modern tools and processes to improve your skills and will have opportunities to mentor and lead while personally developing.
- Work closely with the Account Executive team to develop a targeted prospecting strategy based on assigned territories
- Manage daily balance of Inbound and Outbound prospecting
- Research and build out new and existing accounts, engaging in traditional and non-traditional outreach strategies
- Evangelize the Mobile Workforce Management vision, being able to articulate how the platform can solve complex scheduling and mobility challenges for prospects
- Create high quality meetings for assigned Account Executives,
- Share insights from prospect calls to inform other stakeholders on potential opportunities to better the product and customer experience
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Must have at least 1+ years’ experience in a sales role (preferably SaaS related but not essential. If you do not have SaaS/Tech sales experience then you must be someone who will be able to speak about these types of products)
- Must be extremely switched on
- Must be a proven/top performer who consistently exceeds targets
- High level of EQ
- Experience in a phone-based sales role
- Strong ability to have in-depth conversations about SaaS platforms with prospects
- Ability to learn and demonstrate strong product knowledge
- Ability to make sound decisions based on vague situations
- Experience using Salesforce (CRM) is a bonus
