**The Company**:
**Crown Solid Plastering are an established business and have been in operation for 8 years. Our offices/ warehouse is located in Thomastown, Melbourne’s North. We offer a professional working environment and a supportive team. We are currently in a growth phased and looking to recruit a number of support roles.**

**The Role**:
**We are currently seeking an admin with experience in the Construction industry to join our team. The main focus of this role will be to manage the administration, Customer service and the first point of contact for all inquiries, both incoming as well as following up leads and social media inquiries.**

**You will have experience using Xero accounting software, with experience in Accounts receivable and invoicing.**

**You will be a strong administrator with the drive to assist us in growing our business, finding new ways to advertise & gain new leads as well as manage all round administrative duties.**

**You will also be responsible for managing all social media pages, from posting picture, stories and creating content, experience using Mail Chimp or other scheduling programs as well as photo editing would be highly advantageous.**

**We are looking for**:
**Experience in a similar role within the Construction industry. Someone that is professionally presented, great customer service experience, with the drive and motivation to work autonomously in this role and assist with the growth and demand of this business.**

**Experience in lead conversion and accounts receivable using Xero would be advantageous.**

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- **1 + year’s experience in a Accounts Administrator position or similar.**
- **1 + year experience using Xero, Facebook & Instagram ( Business purpose)**
- **Experience in a similar role within the Construction industry**
- **Excellent communication skills, including a professional phone manner**
- **Ability to develop strong relationships**
- **Excellent time management & organisational skills**
- **Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment**
- **Highly computer literate including Microsoft Excel, Xero, PowerPoint and Outlook**
