- **Responsibilities**:_
- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages when necessary.
- Prepare and modify documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office or other relevant software.
- Perform data entry and update databases accurately.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.
- Provide excellent customer service to stall holders and address their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Receive and process payments from customers and stall holders using cash registers or other payment systems.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and reconcile cash register at the end of each shift.
- Handle customer complaints or issues, and escalate them to the appropriate department if necessary.
- Assist with marketing and promotion efforts, including distributing promotional materials and engaging with customers.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thomastown, VIC 3074: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
