**About the role**
My client is seeking a friendly and professional Product & Sales Administrator to join their supportive and fun team environment. The ideal individual will have excellent planning and organisation skills while being extremely flexible. You will be creative, articulate in your communication, show sound judgement and discretion and used to a busy and ever-changing environment. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will liaise with internal departments, international stakeholders, as well as clients to establish effective working processes and relationships to deliver product and administration deadlines as required. This full-time position requires a dedicated, hands-on, diligent and proactive individual.

**Responsibilities**

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
- General administrative duties in relation to the product data management system
- Playing a proactive role in supporting the Product & Sales team
- Product sourcing and developing new products
- Briefing design team on new trends and potential leads
- Set up of new products and preparation of costings in CRM
- Managing product updates/approvals and sample ordering
- Management of product placement & inventory balance
- Organise and help facilitate customer exhibitions, trade shows, & presentations
- Develop client proposals
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing a variety of budgets, sales & product reports

**Skills / Experience**
- Exceptional administration skills
- Previous experience in an office support, marketing, or product assistant role
- Exposure to wholesale environment & sales
- Computer literate to intermediate level including (MS office suite & internet)
- Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service
- Ability to work within a high volume, team environment
- Strong organisational skills, including an ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and manage a varied workload, in a busy professional environment
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement
