**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to join our team as a Social Media Expert & Administrative Assistant. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing our company's social media presence, developing engaging content, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
**Social Media Expert**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and audience feedback.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare regular reports to measure the success of campaigns.
**Administrative Assistant**:
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to the management team, including data entry, file management, and document preparation.
- **Customer Relations**: Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere in the office.
- **Scheduling**: Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for team members.
- **Office Organization**: Maintain office supplies, order new items as needed, and keep the office environment organized.
- **Record Keeping**: Assist in maintaining accurate records and databases.
- **Team Support**: Collaborate with colleagues and provide support as required for various projects and tasks.
- **Financial Assistance**: Assist with basic financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and payroll.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
- Prior experience in administrative roles is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in social media management.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
**How to Apply**:

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
