An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and friendly Customer Service and administration professional to join our team. We are looking to appoint a full-time team member for our Thomastown office.

**About the role**:
This is a full-time position working at our Thomastown office.
Your duties will include the following:
- General administration support and office duties as directed.
- General customer service and sales support
**About you**
- You are a highly motivated customer service professional.
- You have a positive attitude and enjoy working in front line customer service, providing a true customer experience.
- Being busy across several tasks at any one time keeps you motivated.
- You would like to work as part of an innovative team.
- Have a genuine desire to support team members.
- You’re experienced in a customer service role.
**Your Skills include**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Advanced admin skills with good knowledge of MS Office
- Personable, friendly, passionate, warm, and engaging personality
- The ability to work autonomously, take direction,
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Professional phone manner
- Well presented.
- Exceptional work ethic
