**The opportunity**
Coregas has a full-time opportunity for an Administration Coordinator, to join our contracts & commercial and sales team **based in our Thomastown, VIC office**. This role will report to the National Business Development Manager, with indirect reporting to the National Commercial & Contracts Manager for the purpose of providing support with sales, contract & commercial compliance, and tender activities.
As the Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of operational processes. Provide thorough reports, communication and scheduling as required.
- Provide the Sales Team support in preparation of populating information with regard to Coregas company information (Business Details, Financials, Quality, Safety, Environmental, Commercial) into the format required by the Customer as part of Invitation to Tender requirements.
- Populate and respond to Customer Pre-Qualification and Compliance Questionnaires with reference to Coregas company information when requested by Coregas Internal Customers or External Customers.
- Coordinate onboarding and continued compliance of updating information relating to Coregas information and its personnel where required to Customer online HSE/QA portals (example: Smartek, Rapid Global, Avetta). Where necessary liaising with Coregas stakeholders to obtain necessary information to respond.
- Provide Insurance Certificates of Currency where required to internal stakeholders and Customers.
- Support the Victorian sales team with account management.
- Coordinate sales office activities
- Providing administrative support for customer proposals, pricing input and customer registration
- Conduct other sales support and administrative tasks as directed by the Branch and Sales Manager.
- Ensure that all internal sales admin functions comply with QA processes and procedures

**What we need from you**

- Tech savvy with experience using different ERP systems and customer portals.
- Used to working in a busy environment, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Proficient in MS Office skills specifically Excel, Outlook and Word (Intermediate level)
- Flexible and willing to learn
