Talent Acquisition Specialist - 8 week contract - $55 per hour

**Your new company**

Your new company is a very well known organisation in the not-for-profit space looking for an experienced recruiter to join the team on an initial contract of 8 weeks with a view to extension and potentially permanency.

**Your new role**

In your new role you will be responsible for:

- High volume specialised recruitment
- Identifying areas for process improvements
- End to end recruitment for portfolio of roles

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to succeed, you will ideally:

- Have experience in a role where you had to do proactive sourcing (agency background, would be beneficial)
- Be available to start asap
- Hold working rights that would allow for you to accept a permanent position if offered
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
