About the Role:

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our supportive Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month fixed term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their HR or recruitment career who thrives on organisation, enjoys working with people, and wants to be part of a busy, collaborative team.

In this role, you'll provide key administration and coordination support to ensure our recruitment processes run smoothly, systems are maintained, and candidates enjoy a seamless experience from application to onboarding

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Preparing and issuing contracts, offers, and onboarding paperwork.
  • Scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate assessments.
  • Supporting reference checks, compliance paperwork, and candidate communications.
  • Keeping our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) up to date and generating recruitment reports.
  • Assisting the team with employer branding activities, including posting approved content.
  • Providing timely support to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

About You:

  • Supporting reference checks, compliance paperwork, and candidate communications.
  • Keeping our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) up to date and generating recruitment reports.
  • Assisting the team with employer branding activities, including posting approved content.
  • Providing timely support to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
