**Your new company**
This reputable business is seeking their next Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their growing team. Well known for assisting job seekers, they are the experts at providing career advice. With offices operating across Australia this role will be situated at their Milton Brisbane office, close to public transport and eatery options. This is a hybrid role with the opportunity to work from home whilst coming into the office minimum two times per week. This role will sit within their People and Culture division that partners with the business to attract and retain talent whilst fostering an inclusive and safe working culture.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the HR Manager, your duties will include but not limited to the following:

- Support the Talent Acquisition Specialist with the management of end-to-end recruitment function to deliver a high-quality service to client groups.
- Preparation and placement of advertisements on the internal job board, web, and external sources.
- Maintenance of multiple roles ensuring accuracy and attention to detail is maintained to a high standard.
- Prepare employee appointment documentation such as contracts and letters.
- Liaise with Managers on recruitment needs.

- Fully engage with the performance development process.

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:

- Previous experience as in-house or agency recruiter is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a recruitment role required, minimum 1 to 2 years.
- Experience in using the Applicant Tracking System PageUp, is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience managing a full function, high volume of end-to-end recruitment.
- Detailed understanding of Human Resources Information Systems.
- A high level of computer literacy including experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
