This is a great opportunity for experience Talent Acquisition Officers and Team Leaders to be employed on either an On-going or Non-Going based for a large Federal Government agency.
**About the role**:
- Lead and drive talent acquisition
- Analysing and reporting on data to inform of future recruitment strategies
- Coordinating with hiring managers and senior staff to identify resourcing needs
- Determining and advising on selection criteria.
- Design and advise our business areas on job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Actively engage clients to share our combined knowledge and experience
- Be the first point of contact for HR policy advice with particular specialism in Recruitment.
- Support and build a HR capability within Recruitment across the department
- Create and drive attraction strategies
**About you**:
- You will have extensive experience in talent acquisition at either Officer or Team Leader level
- You will have experience of working with internal clients
- You will have excellent stakeholder management skills
- You will have strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- You will have high attention to detail and strong time management skills
**Benefits**:
- ASAP start (pending Federal Police Clearance)
- Non-ongoing (Fixed Term Contract) or ongoing (Permanent Roles)
- Full time hours - Monday to Friday
- Brisbane CBD location
- $99k - $118k salary
