A rare opportunity has opened up for a Recruitment Manager to join our team, which can offer endless opportunities for growth and success all round.

**The Role**

This position is ideal for an experienced recruiter within a management or leadership role.

Managing a small team of experienced recruiters, you will initiate success plans to motivate, train and grow the team to new heights

Working closely with the Managing Director and Operations Manager, you will attend weekly management meetings to analyse financials, targets and plan the business growth.

**About You**

You’re an experienced recruiter, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership role and still have a passion for day-to-day recruitment.

As an established leader you will take ownership of your department, which can offer endless opportunities for growth and success all round.

You will bring your proven business strategies and knowledge to grow the business for continued success. You desire to work with a company that offers a great work culture and genuinely rewards hard work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
