**Job Summary**: As the Recruitment/Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales process from lead generation to closing, while ensuring smooth communication between clients and staff. You will work closely with the operations and recruitment team to grow our clientele to meet our business goals, manage client relationships, and optimise our operational processes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales**:
- Develop leads through visiting sites to social media
- Convert our warm leads
**Operations Management**:
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure staffing needs are met
- Advertise for staff, interview them and place them with clients
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a sales and/or operations management role
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask
