**Your Role**

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting and securing top talent for our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a people-focused individual to shape the future of our workforce.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **End-to-End Recruitment**: Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising and screening to interviews and onboarding.
- **Talent Sourcing**: Proactively identify skilled carpenters and construction professionals through various channels.
- **Collaboration**: Partner with site managers and project leads to understand staffing needs across multiple locations.
- **Employer Branding**: Promote BD Building Projects as an employer of choice in the construction industry.
- **Compliance**: Ensure recruitment practices align with local employment laws and company standards.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role (construction industry experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities across different locations.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of Australian and New Zealand employment markets (desirable).

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (Hons) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 2 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
