We're seeking a motivated individual ready to bring their expertise in the Nursing sector to our dynamic team. As Candidate Manager, you'll be supporting a high-performing team with sourcing, onboarding and managing healthcare professionals across Australia.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our national pool of nurses and aged care staff
  • Manage compliance, onboarding and credentialing processes
  • Collaborate closely with our consultants to ensure seamless candidate and client experiences
  • Provide responsive, proactive communication and deliver top-tier service

  • Previous experience in healthcare recruitment, candidate care or workforce coordination
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills
