**About the role**

As the Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll be a vital part of our People & Culture team, working closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Manager to attract, assess, and engage the right people for our frontline operational teams. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where you’ll make a real impact by ensuring our recruitment processes run smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Supporting hiring managers by understanding their recruitment needs and providing proactive solutions
- Assisting with contract administration for new hires and internal movements
- Scheduling new starters for induction and ensuring a seamless transition into their roles

**About you**
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, particularly in high-volume hiring
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail - ensuring documentation, contracts, and reports are accurate
- Excellent time management skills - ability to prioritise and multitask
