Dash Group is seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join our Sydney trades & labour hire team.

This role will require a strong understanding of recruitment, sales, and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent across different industries
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Required Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience in a construction sales environment, recruitment, scheduling or similar client-facing role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
