What your new role may look like:

The Client Service Account Manager roleis a diverse and integral part of the business. It is a full 360-degree role, whereby you will be responsible for the initial onboarding and customer care of contractors throughout their lifecycle with TheDriveGroup, as well as liaising with clients, partners, and corporations to ensure all parties are fully informed about our solutions and processes.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have exceptional attention to detail, be people-focused, have a 'can-do' attitude, and have excellent organisational and administration skills.

  • Knowledge of the Contractor Management and Recruitment Industry (though not essential, as training will be provided)

Your Responsibilities

  • Efficient contractor onboarding
  • Contract Administration of our contractors
  • Liaising with all members of our team (Sales/Recruitment Consultants, Ops Manager, Payroll, Vendors/Partners, etc)
  • Assisting with contractor and client queries by phone and email
  • Database Management / Administration
  • Account Management with all Customer Relationships (Contractors / Clients & Corporations)
  • To help make our customers' working lives simpler
  • Managing contractor and client expectations
  • Ad hoc general administration
  • Compliance implementation
  • Reporting, Documentation, Excel and Backend System Management
