**THE ROLE**

Today, through the Mutual Benefits Program (Program), we invest in innovative products, tools and services designed to improve outcomes for employers, injured workers, and the communities we support.
As the Sydney based Head of Stakeholder Engagement, Mutual Benefits, you will lead the strategic development and tactical delivery of all marketing, communications and partnership initiatives designed to promote the Program.
Reporting into the General Manager Mutual Benefits, the purpose of this role is to lead a small team and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the desired uptake, advocacy and appreciation of the Program. This includes pro-actively partnering with business units to plan, develop and implement tailored marketing and communications programs designed to support the value created by the Program.
This will be a **Full Time Permanent** position based in the **George Street, Sydney** office, with flexibility to work from home.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage the Mutual Benefits Stakeholder Engagement team which includes setting the team strategy and priorities.
- Develop, implement and monitor the Program’s marketing and communications strategy and deliverables for both internal and external audiences.
- In addition to designing, producing and distributing targeted on-brand effective communication material and initiatives, you will be responsible for maintaining effective records and regular reporting, including campaign ROI reporting, activity reporting, inventory of publications, risks and digital statistics.
- Build and maintain robust and productive internal and external relationships to facilitate the delivery of the agreed strategy and objectives of the Program.
- Maintain awareness of industry developments and trends and respond effectively to changes, opportunities and risks.
**ABOUT YOU**
- 5 + years experience in a Marketing/Communications/Relationship Management role, working within a fast-paced business environment.
- 2 + years' experience in a leadership role.
- Sound experience in document design and preparation and excellent graphic design skills.
- Project management experience desirable.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Sound analytical and people management skills, including team building, coaching and change management.
- Technical multimedia production skills would be highly valued including video, photography, podcasts development, animations and any other related media channels.
- Highly competent in the use of Microsoft office suite including MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat.
