**Job Description**:
Squadron are looking for an experienced Energy Stakeholder Manager with a deep understanding of the industry, policy, and the requirements for the delivery of major projects.

The Head of Stakeholder Relations will manage relationships across the energy industry and work with the community engagement manager on enhancing social licence for our projects.

This role will work closely and collaboratively with the Community, Policy, Government and Media functions to maintain productive relationships and identify risks and opportunities for the business.

A thorough knowledge of the energy market, regulatory framework, government, relevant legislation, and key industry stakeholders is required. The role will help build advocacy across the industry.

The role will be required to work closely with the existing Tattarang External Affairs and Communications team.

Duties include
- Map key stakeholders across industry and the community and deliver an approved strategy for positive engagement.
- Work collaboratively within the external affairs team to embed this approach into the wider strategy for the team.
- Assist in the development of submissions and strategic communications with stakeholders.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and potential pathways for achieving our business objectives as they relate to key industry stakeholders.
- Maintain direct relationships with all critical stakeholders and inform the business where relevant on critical issues.
- Establish and deliver on key metrics for engagement.
- Work closely with the individual project directors and others on a co-ordinated approach to stakeholder engagement.

**Qualifications**:
You hold a relevant tertiary qualification.

You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant fields, including energy.

You can demonstrate deep understanding of energy market, policy, and regulatory bodies.

You have a track recording in establishing an approved stakeholder strategy and delivering on its objectives.

You’re experienced in supporting the successful development of major infrastructure projects with a government lens.

You’re experienced in working across multiple projects and managing multiple internal and external relationships.

You possess highly developed interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build strong stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.

You have excellent time management skills with the ability to deliver to tight timelines.

You have an eye for quality and attention to detail.

You can demonstrate proven collaboration skills working within a team, with the ability to lead where required.
