About the Role

We are seeking a warm, organised, and motivated Practice Relations & Administrative Coordinator to become the welcoming face of our practice and an integral part of our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys providing exceptional service, keeping operations running smoothly, and contributing to a growing, high-end dental practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients, ensuring a seamless, professional experience from start to finish
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling and patient communications
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with financial administration
- Support light social media and marketing initiatives to promote the practice
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

What We Are Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and a welcoming, approachable manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A willingness to learn and grow within the role (full training provided)
- Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service is highly regarded
- Experience in a dental or medical setting is advantageous, but not essential

Pay: $33.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
