The Workplace Relations Specialist will provide expert advice and support in managing workplace relations and compliance within the healthcare industry. This fixed-term role in Sydney is ideal for someone with strong experience in industrial relations and a keen understanding of the human resources landscape.

Description

  • Advise on industrial relations matters, including awards, and legislation.
  • Support workplace investigations and dispute resolution processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Work and other relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance on workplace policies and procedures to align with best practices.
  • Prepare documentation and reports related to employee relations cases.
  • Manage employee relations cases in a timely and effective manner

Profile

A successful Workplace Relations Specialist should have:

  • Strong knowledge of Australian workplace laws and regulations.
  • Experience in handling industrial relations cases.
  • Proven skills in negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to interpret and apply awards and enterprise agreements effectively.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in law, human resources, or a related field
