The Workplace Relations Specialist will provide expert advice and support in managing workplace relations and compliance within the healthcare industry. This fixed-term role in Sydney is ideal for someone with strong experience in industrial relations and a keen understanding of the human resources landscape.

This organisation is a well-established, small-medium sized healthcare provider.
Description
- Advise on industrial relations matters, including awards, and legislation.
- Support workplace investigations and dispute resolution processes.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Work and other relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance on workplace policies and procedures to align with best practices.
- Prepare documentation and reports related to employee relations cases.
- Manage employee relations cases in a timely and effective manner
Profile
A successful Workplace Relations Specialist should have:
- Strong knowledge of Australian workplace laws and regulations.
- Experience in handling industrial relations cases.
- Proven skills in negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Ability to interpret and apply awards and enterprise agreements effectively.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in law, human resources, or a related field
Job Offer
- Competitive salary range of $150,000 to $170,000 AUD + super
