Part time - Hybrid role - Monday to Friday - WFH 60% of the week

Consult, advise and educate Prime clients in all aspects of HR in this Business Partner role. Become a trusted partner, thrive on the autonomy and take ownership of your role.

You will be experienced and motivated, a strong problem solver; you love a challenge and genuinely care about the people you work with. You will be an independent HRBP looking to partner with our clients and business coaches utilising your consultative and inquisitive approach. You will quickly establish yourself as the go-to support for clients and coaches regarding any people-related matters.

Ideally you will have:

- Experience within an HR generalist or HRBP role in a small to medium organisation
- Australia and NZ Employee Relations expertise, including award interpretation
- Demonstrated experience to partner with managers
- Confident, articulate, curious and autonomous, with a practical approach to problem solving
- Confident and effective communication skills, with an ability to coach and influence
- Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources (or significant relevant work experience)
- A strong team player with a can-do attitude
